The Role:

• Identify and develop new market segments, use cases and strategic commercial opportunities beyond traditional sales channels.


• Build relationships with key decision-makers across enterprise brands, digital assets, payments and financial services.


• Work closely with the CEO, sales, partnerships and product teams to originate, structure and close high-value strategic deals.


• Turn successful opportunities into repeatable sales strategies, helping shape the company's future growth and market expansion.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships or enterprise sales, ideally within fintech, payments or digital assets.


• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify emerging markets, develop new business opportunities and build a pipeline from scratch.


• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and structure complex commercial deals.


• Entrepreneurial, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment, with the ability to operate autonomously and turn market insights into actionable growth strategies.
