Corporate Paralegal | Publicly Traded Company

StevenDouglas is partnering with a NYSE-listed infrastructure services company on a Corporate Paralegal search. The legal department supports dozens of operating subsidiaries and has been busy with recent acquisitions, so this role is hands-on from day one.

What the work looks like

• Corporate and governmental entity filings and forms, and tracking them through completion
• Resolutions, minutes, and consents, from preparation through signature and filing
• Board and committee meeting materials: gathering, preparing, distributing, and filing
• Shareholder equity documents and subsidiary actions
• Proofing and editing, plus general support to the rest of the legal team

What we’re looking for

• 2 to 4 years of corporate legal experience, with public company experience strongly preferred
• Board and governance exposure
• Associate’s degree
• Paralegal certificate a plus
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, Smartsheet, and Google Suite
• Careful with detail, organized, and comfortable keeping pace in a fast-moving environment
