Real Estate Pro Team is a San Diego-based real estate team focused on residential sales, investment real estate, and development. We’re looking for motivated agents who want more than just a place to hang their license. Our goal is to help agents grow their production, build a real business, and gain exposure to investing, ADUs, multifamily, development, and other opportunities beyond traditional residential sales. Our office is in Mission Valley.

The Role:

Agents are responsible for building and managing their business while representing buyers and sellers throughout San Diego County.

Responsibilities include:

• Prospecting and lead generation
• Following up with prospective clients
• Buyer consultations and listing appointments
• Showings and open houses
• Market analysis and pricing
• Negotiating offers and contracts
• Managing client relationships through closing
• Participating in Tuesday and Friday team meetings, training, and events

Qualifications:

• Active California Real Estate License or currently completing licensing requirements
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable using CRM and real estate technology
• Willingness to work throughout San Diego County
• Real estate or sales experience is beneficial but not required
• Reliable transportation for meetings, client tours, and open houses
• Cell Phone and Laptop
