SECTR Partners are recruiting for a Hospital Administrator to manage a busy 24/7 Specialty & Emergency Veterinary Hospital in West-Central, Washington.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the hospital
• Develop, implement, and maintain efficient administrative procedures, policies, SOPs, and documentation
• Partner with Medical Leadership to develop strategic plans to support hospital growth
• Work with clinical teams to improve communication and administrative coordination throughout the client journey
• Implement special projects to drive innovation and improvement

Requirements:

• +3 years management experience in a Veterinary or Healthcare setting
• Experience leading a 24/7 ER & Specialty veterinary hospital, preferred
• Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution and communication skills
• Excellent organization and strategic planning abilities
