Job :QA Automation Engineer

Location: Charlotte NC(Onsite)

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of QA/SDET or software testing experience
• 2+ years in a senior QA role
• Strong experience with test automation frameworks
• Experience with API and performance testing
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Define and own the QA strategy
• Build and maintain automation frameworks and test suites
• Establish quality standards and release quality gates
• Improve test coverage and promote shift-left testing
• Analyze test results, track defects, and report quality metrics
• Mentor QA engineers and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agile/Scrum experience
• Cloud platform exposure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience scaling QA processes in growing teams
• ISTQB certification (preferred)
