Staff Accountant – Lots of growth potential Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Staff Accountant to join our non-profit organization. This hybrid role allows for a blend of remote and in-office work. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Senior Accountant and report directly to the Controller. Perform various accounting and bookkeeping functions, with a focus on general ledger accounts and business transactions for the parent company and its affiliated entities. Ensure adherence to the organization’s Accounting Policies and Procedures manual. Maintain a fundamental knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in accounting or a related field. Strong understanding of GAAP and adherence to accounting policies and procedures. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
