Role: Generalist — Raw Capability Hire On-site, Colorado. Veterans strongly encouraged to apply. We're not hiring for a skill set. We're hiring for a ceiling. Three things matter: Exceptional intelligence. You solve problems that don't come with instructions. You reason from first principles, spot the flaw in an argument before it's finished, and hold complexity without simplifying it away. Exceptional likability. Not charm — trust. People want you in the room, tell you things they wouldn't tell others, and say yes to you. You read a room accurately and leave everyone better off for the interaction. Exceptional learning speed. You go from zero to competent in weeks and from competent to authoritative in months. Unfamiliar territory energizes you rather than stalls you. Domain knowledge, tools, process, context — we provide all of it. We can teach almost anything. We can't teach these three. A note on fit. This role is in-office in Colorado , not remote, not hybrid-by-default. The work depends on being in the room. We'd especially like to hear from veterans: the combination of adaptability, learning under pressure, and reading people well is exactly what this job runs on. If you've repeatedly found yourself the person others turn to in unfamiliar situations, we should talk.5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386 read more
