Pay: From $100,000.00 per year Job description: Regional law firm looking for a Maryland barred attorney. We are located in Rockville, MD and specialize in retail collections and commercial litigation. The position requires the handling and management of litigation cases, including discovery, arbitration, mediation, motion practice, client coordination and court appearances. Experience with and familiarity with debt collection litigation a bonus. Excellent opportunity to join an expanding law firm with over 100 employees across four offices. Younger attorneys have the opportunity to shadow and receive litigation training from more senior litigation practitioners, as well as, receive courtroom experience. Salary depends on experience.
