Clinic Days 0730-1630, Monday through Friday or Procedure/OR Days 0700 – 1600 to include a minimum of a 30-minute uncompensated lunch period.

Internship/Residency/Fellowship:Completion of an accredited residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery approved by the Accreditation Council for

Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)

Certifications: BLS& ACLS.

Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible by The American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery

Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in Nevada.
