Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Rotating on-call schedule with shared weekend coverage

Perform residential and light commercial plumbing repairs, installations, maintenance, and service throughout Warrenville, Illinois, and the surrounding service area
Diagnose plumbing systems, fixtures, water lines, drains, and sewer systems
Complete drain cleaning, sewer rodding, and sewer service
Identify plumbing problems and recommend practical repair options
Complete work according to Illinois plumbing codes, applicable safety requirements, and company quality standards
Maintain accurate service reports, job documentation, and customer records
Explain repairs, recommendations, and service options clearly and professionally to customers
Train, mentor, and support plumbing apprentices in the field
Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment
Participate in the rotating on-call schedule and emergency service calls as needed

Valid Illinois Journeyman Plumber License required
Valid driver's license
4+ years of plumbing experience required
Residential plumbing service experience required
Light commercial plumbing experience preferred
Strong plumbing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to independently perform plumbing repairs, installations, maintenance, and service
Hands-on drain cleaning, sewer rodding, and sewer service experience required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to train and mentor plumbing apprentices
Knowledge of plumbing codes, safety procedures, and industry best practices
Ability to maintain accurate service records and documentation
Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment
Must be willing and available to participate in rotating on-call coverage, including after-hours emergency service and weekends.
