Job Description Inpatient Cardiology | Predictable Schedule

Position Highlights:
Balanced inpatient work with a structured 7 on / 7 off schedule , 7am start , and typical mid-afternoon finish
Cover two hospitals with an average census of 10–12 patients , supported by a robust team
Favorable Call Schedule: Phone-only call during "on" week
Culture & Support: Dedicated APCs handle first patient contact and support rounding
Compensation & Benefits:
Guaranteed Base: $614,904 with $61,000 in Incentive Bonus
Sign-on Bonus: Up to $100,000
Comprehensive Benefits Package: Full benefits including malpractice, retirement, and health coverage
Additional Perks: $4,500 CME allowance EPIC EMR
Qualifications:
Degree: MD / DO
Certifications: Board Certified/Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
Licensure: WI License or ability to obtain one
Experience: Open to new grads and experienced physicians
