Overview:
Our well-established Workers' Compensation outpatient practice in New York City is actively seeking an ABOS Board Certified Orthopedic Physician to evaluate and treat patients with work-related orthopedic conditions. This role offers flexible weekday hours, an established patient base, and strong work-life balance.
Position Offers:
Schedule: Flexible weekday hours
Competitive pay: $150 per exam
Approximately $324,000/year average

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients with work-related orthopedic conditions
Develop individualized treatment and recovery plans
Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Coordinate care with clinical and case management teams
Educate patients regarding treatment expectations and recovery goals
Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
Qualifications:
ABOS Board Certification required
Active, current Physician (MD/DO) licensure in New York
Strong orthopedic clinical experience preferred
Excellent communication and patient management skills, with the ability to work effectively in an outpatient setting
