Mon - Fri
One in three call to start. Call is Fri 5pm - Mon 7am.
Weekdays each physician covers their own
Inpatient and Outpatient mix
Daily patient census 6-10 procedures in ASC and clinic in other half of day
40 years established with two offices in in the area and each has an ASC attached.
ERCP and or EUS or neither and bread and butter GI options Benefits

Paid vacation
One week CME with $1500
Mal practice
All office and support and cell phone.
After year three buy in with ASC in up to (15%).
Vacation time two weeks first year and three weeks thereafter
