What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable processing in a high-volume environment
• Review and process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments
• Monitor vendor accounts and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Support Accounts Receivable activities, customer billing, and reconciliations
• Assist with inventory-related accounting processes
• Work closely with purchasing, operations, and other internal departments
• Monitor shared inboxes and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner
• Maintain accurate records and support month-end accounting activities
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline existing processes

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
