<div><img src="https://abdcdn.abdcloud.net/101126/3a31b83b-dc13-42dc-a986-3823dcab4c6a.jpg" ></div><div><br></div><div><span >C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time Quality Assurance Specialist in Jefferson City.</span></div><div><br></div><div>Salary/hours for Quality Assurance Specialist: $19/hr.; Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br>- Responsible for evaluating staff members on the quality of work performed as measured against project standards, contractual requirements, and performance measures.<br>- Assist with the development, design, and recommend strategies or activities intended to improve performance in the Income Maintenance Mail Room<br>- Assist with the development, analysis and distribution of project reports and performance indicators.<br>- Regularly assess the knowledge needs of the staff related to processes and policies regarding the client/contract operations and develop plans to meet those requirements.<br>- Conduct monitoring activities for quality assurance purposes including outgoing mail.<br>- Assist with monitoring performance and meeting contractual requirements.<br>- Remain up-to-date on policies and procedures for all operations, assists in developing new procedures, and updates existing procedures when changes occur.<br>- Assist in the production and update of staff resource materials including quick reference guide, matrices, charts, and workflows.<br>- Perform staff trainings.<br>- Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.</div><div>- High School diploma or equivalent required.</div><div>- Previous Quality Assurance (QA) experience required, preferably involving quality monitoring, performance evaluations, compliance, or process improvement.</div><div>- Ability to review work for accuracy, identify errors, and ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.</div><div>- Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze information and identify areas for improvement.</div><div>- Ability to read, understand, and follow policies, procedures, and established guidelines.</div><div>- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and accurately with internal and external contacts.</div><div>- Ability to learn new processes, apply job-specific policies and procedures, and complete assignments within established guidelines.</div><div>- Additional training or education in quality assurance, business operations, or a related field is preferred.</div><div><br></div><div>Apply online and/or at 1731 Southridge Drive, Jefferson City.
