Business Operations Specialist

If you enjoy work that combines numbers, communication, and getting things done, this role offers all three. You’ll prepare reports and communications, keep projects and requests on track, and work directly with business users to resolve questions.

Responsibilities

• Organize incoming requests and correspondence, prepare follow-ups and meeting summaries, and track outstanding items.
• Draft and proofread communications, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Prepare spreadsheets, charts, and reports; assist with reconciliations, coupon analysis, and pricing analysis.
• Coordinate project timelines and follow-up items across teams.
• Help users navigate an internal business platform and coordinate questions requiring additional support.
• Respond to calls and emails, document requests and resolutions, and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Set up and maintain user accounts.

Qualifications

• At least two years of administrative or business coordination experience.
• Strong organization, written communication, customer service, and attention to detail.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including spreadsheets and presentations.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and follow requests through to resolution.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
• Restaurant, quick-service restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred.
