Job Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger, reconcile accounts, and prepare journal entries.
• Assist with monthly closing and preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Prepare and review account reconciliations and subsidiary accounting records.
• Support daily cash and treasury management for multiple companies.
• Assist with bank reporting requirements and external audits.
• Manage company credit cards and reconcile monthly statements.
• Maintain fixed asset records and accounting.
• Use banking software, including Bridge, and Microsoft Excel to support accounting operations.
• Assist with special projects and other accounting duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience.
• Banking or public accounting experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. xevrcyc
