We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for a growing company in Denver, CO. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with food & beverage experience who thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of three accounting professionals
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities
• Oversee accounting operations for multiple business units
• Partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance and reporting accuracy
• Perform daily revenue reconciliation and posting activities
• Oversee financial reporting
• Monitor inventory and conduct COGS analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of accounting experience preferred
• Food & beverage accounting experience required
• Background in hospitality, catering, restaurants, hotels, entertainment venues, or event operations
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
• Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Salary: $90,000-$95,000
