Import Traffic Coordinator

• Schedule and monitor all inbound shipments according to PO timelines and department guidelines.
• Track and document vessel schedules, transit times, and delays.
• Ensure proper communication of shipment statuses to internal teams.
• Manage exceptions related to routing, schedule changes, or carrier adjustments.
• Confirm container pickup.
• Support ISF and Customs documentation timelines.
• Maintain shipment data in internal logistics systems.
• Escalate transit delays, missed cutoffs, or vendor non‑compliance to management.
