Senior Account Executive, Enterprise (Miami, FL)

The role at a glance

We are hiring a Senior Account Executive to win six-figure, multi-site workforce readiness programs with large frontline employers across the United States.

Location: Miami, FL (Brickell office), hybrid with regular travel to customer sites and industry events

Territory: United States, enterprise accounts with large frontline workforces

Reports to: Head of International Sales

Type: Full-time, individual contributor, full sales cycle

Deal profile: Six-figure first-year contracts, consultative, multi-stakeholder, around 6 months from first meeting to signature

Compensation: $100K to $150K base + commission

We digitize the reality of work (a plant floor, a rail yard, a store, a hospital ward) so operators, technicians and sales staff can practice real situations and prove they are ready. Why this role

The US is our priority growth market. We already run programs with US organizations; your job is to turn those first references into a repeatable enterprise business, and to shape the US sales motion with us.

What you’ll do

• Build your pipeline with VPs of Operations, EHS, L&D and HR at large frontline employers, through outbound, events and your network.


• Run discovery on the business stake: what needs to change on the ground, who sponsors it, and the deadline that drives the calendar.


• Run the deal with tailored demos, bringing in our Learning Designers, technical team and founders at the right moments.


• Align all deciders, from operations to procurement and finance, and negotiate on value with the customer’s own numbers.


• Hand off and grow accounts with Customer Success to new sites, populations and use cases.

How we sell

Outcome first: every deal starts from what a sponsor needs to change in their operations. We qualify rigorously, answer price objections with value rather than discounts, and land with a focused first program before expanding on proof.

What you bring

• 5+ years closing B2B enterprise deals (SaaS or tech-enabled services), including six-figure contracts you led.


• A track record on long, consultative cycles with many stakeholders.


• A structured qualification method (MEDDICC, MEDDPICC or similar) and a disciplined CRM habit.


• A builder mindset: you generate your own pipeline and enjoy a team where not everything exists yet.


• Based in Miami or ready to relocate, authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience selling to frontline industries (manufacturing, transportation, energy, logistics, retail, healthcare) or to L&D, HR or EHS buyers.


• Experience selling simulation or practice-based training.


• Experience in an international scale-up expanding in the US.


• HubSpot. French is a plus.
