Investor Relations
Job Description
Job Title:
Investor Onboarding, Internal
Job Description:
What the job is. Looking after existing investors. Portal access, account statements, 1099s and K-1s, the CRM, due diligence questionnaires, building decks and investor letters, conference and roadshow material, and the subscription and custodian paperwork that moves money in and out. What we want 1. A few years of hands on onboarding experience, enough to start on day one without being walked through it. 2. Someone who has personally done the processing. Subscription documents, KYC, custodian forms, transfers.
Company Requirements:
What we want
1. Personality ahead of resume. Someone people want to buy from.
2. Bright, confident, high energy. Specifically energy that is carrying something of value rather than volume for
its own sake.
3. Someone who will be on the phone all day and wants to be.
4. Years of experience are close to irrelevant here. We will develop the right person. One candidate we like has
little sales experience and got a taste of it covering for his boss.
5. Credit and real estate backgrounds are not required. The person we are backfilling came from venture, so the seat can be widened.
