Are you an HR Generalist looking for a steady, on-site contract where you can be the first point of contact for employees and managers, and keep the day-to-day HR engine running smoothly? Do you enjoy variety across employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and HR systems, rather than a narrow specialist remit?

On offer is a hands-on position with a well-established manufacturing employer, supporting a busy site environment and helping drive positive culture and engagement initiatives. You’ll be trusted to handle employee queries, support managers through performance processes, and keep HR administration accurate and compliant.

In this role you will coordinate onboarding and offboarding activity, manage pre-employment checks, support recruiting activity, and maintain HR and recruiting metrics to identify areas for improvement. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders on policy, compliance and documentation, using HR technology such as Workday.

This role would suit an HR Generalist who wants a consistent, site-based contract with a clear remit, strong day-to-day ownership, and the chance to support a positive employee experience.

The Role:

• On-site HR Generalist supporting employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, and HR administration


• Support recruiting activity, interviews, and pre-employment screening/background checks


• Maintain HR metrics, reporting, and accurate HRIS data (Workday preferred)


• Support performance management activity and assist with HR policy/compliance

The Person:

• Previous HR Generalist experience (manufacturing environment preferred)


• Comfortable handling employee inquiries professionally and confidentially in a busy on-site setting


• HRIS experience (Workday preferred); bilingual Spanish is advantageous
