REMOTE CALL CENTER AGENTS – UTILITY SUPPORT

PS2G is actively hiring individuals with strong customer service skills to support regulated utility programs. Candidates should be able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment, follow structured protocols, and ensure accurate data entry.

What You Will Do

• Answer inbound calls related to billing inquiries, payments, outages, and account updates

• Accurately enter customer data into system records

• Follow established procedures, scripts, and compliance standards

• Assist customers with payment extensions and service options

• Support queue coverage during high-volume periods

What You Bring

• At least one year of customer service experience

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

• Ability to handle billing calculations and explain charges

• Comfort working with systems, desktop tools, and customer data

• Willingness to support extended hours during peak utility events

Bilingual Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.
