In this role, you’ll:

• Source and recruit top candidates

• Partner with clients and support active searches

• Build relationships with professionals across industries

• Contribute to business development efforts

• Work closely with experienced recruiters and leadership

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer-facing roles

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable making outbound calls daily

• Tech-savvy (LinkedIn, CRM tools, sourcing platforms)

• Motivated, competitive, and team-oriented
