Technical Recruiter

Title: Recruiter/ Sourcer

Hourly Pay Rate: $60–$70/hr. (commensurate with experience)

Contract Length: 6+ Months

Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)

We're partnering with a FinTech company to hire an experienced Sourcer/ Recruiter to support hiring across high-impact technical needs. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced recruiting team focused on identifying exceptional SWE and specialized technical talent, including Principal, Staff, and Leadership candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Build and execute sourcing strategies for technical roles such as front-end, back-end, mid-level software engineering, data engineering, Infra, Data Science, ML, and other engineering talent.


• Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates for senior and leadership-level positions.


• Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities and develop targeted talent pipelines.


• Conduct market mapping, competitive intelligence, and talent research to inform recruiting strategies.


• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and other sourcing tools to identify top talent.


• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and provide regular sourcing metrics and market insights.


• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while managing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of sourcing experience supporting SWE and specialized technical hiring.


• Proven experience sourcing Senior, Staff, Principal, and Leadership talent.


• Experience recruiting within both high-growth startup environments and large-scale technology organizations.


• Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and other advanced sourcing techniques.


• Ability to build relationships with passive candidates and effectively communicate complex opportunities.


• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a rapidly evolving environment.


• Strong collaboration skills with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background working in high-growth technology companies with rapidly scaling sales teams.


• Strong understanding of current technical hiring trends and competitive talent markets.
