Clinical Director – Physical Therapist

A growing, multidisciplinary outpatient rehabilitation organization is seeking a motivated, compassionate Clinical Director to lead its brand-new clinic. This is an exciting opportunity for a PT who enjoys treating patients while mentoring a team, overseeing clinic operations, and helping grow a practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead clinical and financial operations while meeting performance goals


• Mentor, coach, and develop clinical and administrative staff


• Build relationships with patients, physicians, referral sources, and the local community


• Partner with marketing and sales teams to grow the clinic


• Develop individualized plans of care using evidence-based practices


• Oversee patient scheduling and continuity of care


• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program


• Active New York State Physical Therapist license


• Minimum 3 years of outpatient PT experience


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Current First Aid, AED, and CPR certifications
