CAD Layout Designer Location: Pharr, TX 78577 Duration : 1 Week We are looking for an experienced CAD Layout Designer to update an existing landlord-provided building layout for a 100,000-square-foot industrial or warehouse facility in Texas. The primary responsibility is to modify the existing floor plan by incorporating internal walls, pallet rack layouts, and other required space-planning elements, and develop a 3D CAD layout of the facility. Strong experience with AutoCAD and 2D floor plan drafting. Hands-on experience creating 3D CAD layouts for warehouses, industrial buildings, or distribution centers. Knowledge of warehouse space planning, pallet racking systems, and aisle layouts. Ability to work with existing architectural drawings and modify them according to project requirements. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project timelines. Experience with warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution facility layouts. Familiarity with SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD 3D, or similar 3D design tools. Understanding of warehouse safety clearances and material-handling requirements.
