Harmer has partnered with a company in the Manufacturing/Commercial Services industry seeking to hire for position of Financial Analyst

• Location: Frederick,Maryland
• Work Model: Onsite
• Compensation: Base + Bonus + Benefits

This role will be a hybrid Finance/Accounting role (with greater emphasis on Finance). Role will be heavily involved with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis – and help as needed with general accounting (such as accounting entries, etc).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 2-3 years in both Finance (forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis) and Accounting (general accounting)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.G. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor, or similar)
• Manufacturing experience considered a plus, but not required
