Job Title: Learning QA Specialist

Duration: 3 Months

Location: Richmond, VA / McLean, VA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite preferred;
remote candidates may be considered)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Learning QA Specialist to test and validate digital learning courses within an enterprise Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate will ensure courses function correctly, identify technical issues, and improve the overall quality of e-learning content before deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional QA testing of e-learning courses within the LMS (OneLearn).
• Validate course completion, bookmarking, navigation, quiz scoring, and learner progress tracking.
• Test course functionality across different browsers and devices.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and document defects, including issues related to triggers, variables, and course interactions.
• Maintain QA checklists and collaborate with learning designers to resolve issues.
• Support an expected turnaround time of approximately 48 business hours.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience testing digital learning courses within an LMS.
• Understanding of course completion, bookmarking, scoring, and learner progress functionality.
• Experience with cross-browser and device testing.
• Ability to troubleshoot course functionality, including triggers and variable states.
• Strong defect documentation and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docebo, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, or other enterprise LMS platforms.
• Familiarity with Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, SCORM, or similar e-learning technologies.
