Role Description The Sales Operations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ. This position supports the sales team by maintaining accurate sales data, managing CRM entries, generating reports, and tracking key performance metrics. The specialist coordinates sales processes, assists with forecasting and pipeline management, and ensures that sales documentation and contracts are organized and up to date. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting customer inquiries related to sales operations, and helping refine workflows to improve efficiency. The Sales Operations Specialist also contributes to the development of sales tools, training materials, and best practices that enhance overall team performance.

• Experience in sales and sales operations to manage pipelines, processes, CRM data, and documentation efficiently.


• Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.


• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.


• Comfort working with healthcare or medical technology products; prior experience in digital health is an advantage.


• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
