Field Coordinator

Civic Voice Partners is hiring Field Coordinators to mobilize voters in several competitive races around Louisville, KY for the final weeks of the midterm election.

Organizers will work with their respective campaigns through Election Day, Tuesday, November 3rd, 2026.

Compensation

• Compensation for this position is $800 per week.


• Fuel mileage will be offered at $0.75/mile traveled (must have own vehicle).


• This is a part-time position, no healthcare or other benefits will be included.

Field Coordinator Requirements

• You must live in either Jefferson County, KY (or Greater Louisville Area)


• Commit to 30 hours of organizing per week (walking and canvassing in neighborhoods) and have personal transportation.


• You must be able to use Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.) and willing to learn team management software (Monday.com)


• You must be open to constructive feedback and willing to adapt and change as we learn and grow, updating scripts and operational processes over time.


• You need excitement about trying new things and learning from both successes and failures!

Coordinator Responsibilities

• Canvass using the tools provided by the campaign, and observe, record, and report detailed feedback and data from your interactions.


• Actively engage in-person with the community through canvassing interactions and conversation.


• Canvassers should be excited to connect with a variety of voters across the community.


• Be an active thought partner in the team to test and improve tactics and strategies.

Coordinator Experience(But not required)

• Experience with voter contact data and management systems (VAN, TargetSmart, Grassroots Unwired, or any similar tools)


• Experience or familiarity with Louisville and/or Kentucky political landscapes and community issues
