Marketing Execution Coordinator

Type: Start with part-time or contract (15–25 hrs/week), with potential to grow into full-time

Reports to: CEO / Marketing team Location: In person / hybrid

MP Consulting is growing and needs a strong marketer to turn the marketing strategy into consistent, visible output that showcases the strong work that MP Consulting provides.

• Manage marketing calendar: LinkedIn posts, email newsletters, event promotion, and campaign timing


• Draft, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, email, and the website


• Coordinate case studies and testimonials with project teams


• Manage and report on marketing tools and basic site metrics. Report monthly to the leadership team.


• Support event and sponsorship logistics


• Maintain brand consistency across materials, proposals, and external communications


• Coordinate with the website manager on website updates

• 3+ years in marketing execution, ideally at a professional services or B2B firm


• Comfortable writing short-form copy (LinkedIn posts, short blogs, email copy) and editing longer content


• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)


• Working knowledge of a CRM/email platform (e.g., HubSpot) and basic analytics


• Experience with Canva or similar


• Event coordination experience
