Registered Nurse

Ambient Recruiting is partnered with a behavioral health treatment center in Grand Rapids seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will be able to dispense methadone doses, monitor patient health, and have a strong passion for helping the community.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense methadone doses as ordered by the program physician.


• Observe and assess patients' physical and mental health during methadone dispensing.


• Maintain accurate records of dispensed doses and update patient medical records.


• Handle and prepare urine and blood specimens for lab testing.


• Monitor and calibrate dosing equipment to ensure correct dosage.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license


• Have current CPR or BLS certification


• Possess up-to-date knowledge of addiction issues, Hepatitis C, and HIV


• Demonstrate proficiency in computer use, including word processing and database management


• Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team


• Ability to work 6 AM – 1:00 PM
