• Oversee company accounting, cash flow, financial reporting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

• Conduct daily financial review meetings with ownership and provide clear updates on cash position, receivables, payables, and expenses.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Monitor company expenses and overall financial performance.

• Oversee banking relationships and company financial obligations.

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Work closely with the company’s accountants and financial professionals.

• Waste management, carting, recycling, or sanitation industry experience strongly preferred.

• Strong accounting and financial management background.

• Experience managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Ability to work directly with ownership in a fast-paced operating environment.
