Network Office Training Coordinator

Overview

The Training Coordinator plays a key role in our firm with a focus on new advisors and associates. Their responsibilities include coordination of all training programs and educating new financial advisors, working closely with the Chief Development Officer. This is accomplished through implementing training and development strategies across all areas of the business, monitoring and evaluating results, and resolving all training issues to help build and retain talent within the company. Partnering with office leadership, the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), and Chief Development Officer (CDO) will be critical to success.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Districts to ensure candidates have completed the training requirements of the contracting process.


• Coordinate the facilitation of:


• Basics Day


• Financial Planning Academy


• 25 Day FPA Reconnect


• Pacesetter Summit Series


• Mastery Series


• Elite Planning Series


• Product Training Series


• Network Day Trainings


• Keith Wagner Lecture Series


• Work closely with the Chief Development Officer to:


• Create and maintain an annual training calendar for the network and district offices. Proactively communicate calendar to leadership, facilitators, and support staff.


• Coordinate speakers and training sessions.


• Champion designations programs through the American College of Financial Services, communicate to financial representatives, support progress, and celebrate achievements.


• Coordinate all investment training put on by the investment training team.


• Participate in any applicable monthly training calls with peers and home office.


• Share best practices and participate in training community for personal development.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of financial services industry experience.


• Bachelor’s Degree in adult education or business administration.


• Experience planning and facilitating training programs.


• Works effectively with people at all levels and build strong relationships.


• Effectively manage time to address multiple priorities at various levels.


• Certified Master Trainer designation recommended within first six-to-twelve months.
