Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Project Manager / Compliance Program Manager to lead regulatory compliance and operational readiness activities for a new Control Center implementation. This role will coordinate NERC CIP and NERC 693 compliance initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful certification, commissioning, and operational turnover of BES Cyber Systems and critical infrastructure assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead NERC CIP and NERC 693 compliance readiness activities for a new Control Center.


• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, and regulatory deliverables.


• Coordinate commissioning and certification of BES Cyber Systems, ESP, PSP, EACMS, PACS, and related assets.


• Ensure compliance requirements are incorporated into design, testing, commissioning, and operational turnover processes.


• Develop audit-ready compliance documentation, evidence repositories, and readiness reports.


• Partner with cybersecurity, OT, facilities, physical security, and compliance teams to validate regulatory controls.


• Track compliance risks, action items, and project dependencies through go-live.
