Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Press Operator to set up, operate, and maintain printing presses used to produce catalogs and marketing materials. The ideal candidate will ensure print quality, color consistency, and accurate registration while meeting production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate printing press machinery.
• Load materials and verify job specifications.
• Monitor print runs for quality, color accuracy, and registration.
• Troubleshoot printing or mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Inspect finished products and follow safety procedures.
• Coordinate with production and finishing teams to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Experience operating commercial printing presses.
• Experience with sheetfed offset equipment
• Able to run a 40-inch, 10-color press
• Knowledge of print production, pre-press, and quality control.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and interpret job tickets.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to production quality.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; printing-related training is a plus.
