Supply Chain Manager

Oneida Air Systems is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager looking to make a significant impact by leading the purchasing and production planning functions in a growing manufacturing environment.

This role is responsible for building and updating the existing supply chain process, supplier performance, inventory optimization, cost management, and team leadership.

Responsibilities include leading purchasing and planning operations, establishing KPIs, developing supplier relationships, retail account compliance, optimizing inventory and planning systems, and coaching supply chain team members.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, five or more years of supply chain or purchasing leadership experience, strong analytical and communication skills, big box stores retail compliance, and ERP or MRP system experience. Change management and a player-coach approach are a must. Advanced degree is highly regarded but not required.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
