Business Development Representative | Brooklyn, NY (In-Office)

$55K base + uncapped commission ($100K+ OTE) + equity

Our partner is building an AI-powered Shopify for service businesses, helping roofers, landscapers, painters, and cleaners win direct business, fast. They’re YC-backed, well-funded, and scaling quickly, and they’re building an early-career sales cohort to grow with them.

The role

You’ll own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, and close. It’s a high-volume, high-energy seat built to turn motivated people into confident full-cycle sellers, with structured training, proven playbooks, and a team that wants you to win.

What you’ll do

• Build and run your own pipeline through calls, emails, and outbound outreach


• Lead discovery conversations and deliver demos to small business owners


• Keep your CRM sharp and your follow-up relentless


• Turn feedback from coaching and role plays into fast improvement


• Share learnings with your cohort and help shape messaging
