Business and Executive Operations Associate
Job Description
About the Company
We are a highly regarded, founder-led organization operating at the intersection of global business, complex relationships, and high-stakes decision-making.
About the Role
We are seeking an exceptionally capable, resourceful, and intellectually curious individual to work closely with our Founder & CEO across business operations, executive coordination, and select personal affairs. This is not a conventional administrative position. It is a highly trusted, multifaceted role requiring sound judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to move seamlessly between professional and personal priorities. The right individual will be equally comfortable coordinating a complex international itinerary, managing a sensitive personal matter, communicating with senior stakeholders, or bringing structure to a fast-moving operational challenge. Few days will look the same. The expectation, however, will remain consistent: anticipate what is needed, exercise discretion, and execute exceptionally well.
