Position: HR Business Analyst – HR Transformation

Location: Raleigh, NC Hybrid

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced HR Business Analyst to support HR transformation and technology initiatives. The role will partner with HR, business, IT, and vendor teams to gather requirements, analyze HR processes, support solution design, and drive successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements.


• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process-mapping sessions.


• Analyze current-state HR processes and define future-state improvements.


• Develop process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements documentation.


• Partner with HR and IT teams on solution design and implementation.


• Support UAT, defect resolution, deployment, training, and change management activities.


• Identify process gaps, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.


• Support HR initiatives across Talent, Learning, Benefits, HR Operations, and Employee Experience.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience, including 5+ years supporting HR initiatives.


• Strong HR domain and HR transformation experience.


• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, user stories, and UAT.


• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.


• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid environments.

Preferred

• Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD, LMS, or Talent Management platforms.


• Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Healthcare experience.


• Experience with HR technology implementations or transformation programs.
