HR Transformation Project Analyst

Type: 6+ Month Contract

Special notes: This role is hybrid 3x weekly in Downtown Chicago.

Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will provide project management and coordination support for a global HR transformation program. This role will work closely with the Program Director, HR workstream leads, IT, and external partners to ensure successful execution of program activities, including planning, milestone tracking, status reporting, meeting planning and program documentation management.

Required skills:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years experience in Project Management/Project Coordination


• Highly prefer candidates with exposure to large scale technology implementations in global, complex organizations


• Prior involvement in HR system implementations


• Experience using Monday.com to develop and automate dashboards, reports, and trackers highly preferred


• Experience with project management tools, building program dashboards, reports, automated workflows.


• Soft Skills: highly organized with strong attention to detail, strong communicator
