Responsibilities

• Manage complex employee relations matters and independently conduct workplace investigations.
• Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees, managers, and senior leadership on a variety of HR issues.
• Provide guidance on performance management, employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Support talent management, succession planning, employee development, and retention initiatives.
• Partner with internal teams on recruiting needs, job descriptions, and workforce planning.
• Coordinate employee training, performance evaluations, and broader HR initiatives.
• Assist with onboarding, employee policies, leave administration, and other HR functions as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience, including strong employee relations and talent management experience.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex employee relations issues and workplace investigations from start to finish.
• Experience advising senior leadership on sensitive employee matters and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred. xevrcyc
• Experience with HR systems such as UKG, Greenhouse, or VI Desktop preferred.
