Compensation & Financial Package (California)- First-Time Surrogates:$60,000 – $75,000+ base pay
- Experienced Surrogates:$80,000 – $100,000+ base pay
- Total Value Range: Earn $75,000 to $110,000+ with allowances, bonuses, and perks included.
- Work-at-Home Perks: Monthly personal allowance ($200–$300/mo), contract signing bonus ($1,000), embryo transfer bonus ($1,500–$2,000), and maternity clothing funds ($1,000).
