Captona is looking to hire a driven business developer for a Senior Associate, Capital Raising position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving capital raising efforts by building relationships with institutional investors, conducting meetings, and securing capital commitments. Responsibilities: Execute the full sales cycle to raise capital from institutional investors globally. Book and advance meetings with new LPs and key consultants to close on capital commitments. Engage existing LPs through pipeline and portfolio updates. Represent Captona at industry events to build connections and grow visibility. Prepare compelling emails, pitchdecks, and materials that motivate investors to take action. Qualifications: 3-5 years in capital raising and/or fund placement for infrastructure, energy transition, real assets, or similar strategies. Proven success raising equity from institutional investors (e.g. sovereign wealth funds, pensions, insurance, etc.).
