We are a small, privately owned dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients in a supportive and respectful environment. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team on Monday-Friday. Responsibilities:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough dental cleanings for patients
- Performing calculus removal, scaling and root planing, and ultrasonic scaling
- Administering local anesthesia and providing oral hygiene instruction
- Delivering pit and fissure sealants to patients as needed. Application of Curodont, Laser treatment and Zoom whitening is a plus- Willing to train.
- Utilizing advanced technology such as digital radiography, intraoral cameras, and iTero scanners to enhance patient care and Laser.
- Educating patients on oral health and best practices for maintaining their dental hygiene
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a dental hygienist
- CPR certification and proficiency in the use of local anesthesia
- Familiarity with dental technologies, including lasers, Invisalign, CBCT ,Itero scanner and Laser.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
Work Environment and Benefits:
In our office, we ensure that all staff have the necessary personal protective equipment, including face shields, goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. You will enjoy a one-hour lunch break during your shift and have access to a parking lot. Our benefits package includes dental coverage and a 401K plan with employer matching and profit-sharing opportunities and stipend for medical insurance. Holiday pay for major holidays and 80 hours of PTO/year. The hourly rate for this position is competitive and based on experience ($68-75). We will get the instruments you need to do your job properly. You will see one patient at a time. The patients are scheduled for 50-60 minutes.
