A leading automotive dealership in Columbus has a Bookkeeper's / Office Position open. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented person to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. If you have a passion for numbers and organization, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
• Post and balance monthly balance-forward Factory statement
• Book new and used vehicle deals
• Manage office supplies and inventory
• Support other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper and office clerk
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
