Accounting Supervisor

Focus Search LLC is recruiting for an Accounting Supervisor with a growing logistics services company in the West Palm Beach area. This role is responsible for analyzing financial records, preparing and reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, financial reports, and variance analyses. This role supports monthly close, internal and external audits, internal controls, accounting policies and procedures, and accounting system improvements while supervising a team of 6 accountants in GL, AP, and AR. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Good people management experience required, able to manage GL and Accounting Operations personnel
• Strong experience with ERP systems, ideally with experience in system implementations
• Professional Working Proficiency in Spanish highly desired
