General Manager — KlickWay Athletics
Full-time, exempt salary · Puget Sound region · Specific location discussed during the interview process
A great gym doesn’t depend on its general manager catching every problem. It depends on a general manager who builds a team that notices, acts, and follows through.
We grew from one location to four in two years, with more scheduled. We’re looking for a General Manager to run a club: build the team, earn members’ trust, and make good service consistent.
What you’ll own
What you bring
Experience leading a customer-facing team and owning day-to-day business performance. Hiring and developing people. Coaching a team on B2C sales. Comfort with KPIs — what the numbers mean, what’s causing them, and what to do about it. No fitness certification required; fitness, hospitality, retail, or another service business all translate.
Compensation and benefits
$95,000–$112,000 base, depending on the club and the experience you bring, plus a quarterly performance bonus. KlickWay pays 100% of your medical, dental, and vision premiums. Also: 15 days paid vacation, six floating holidays, paid sick leave, an all-location membership, employee discounts, and professional development reimbursement.
Schedule
This is not a fixed Monday–Friday job. Your hours should flex to cover peak member times and every shift your team works, including some weekends and occasional events.
Apply
We read every application. Along with your resume, tell us about one standard or process you introduced that was still working six months later — what you changed, and how you knew it stuck. A few sentences is plenty.
