Corporate Actions Analyst

Our client, a well known and established Financial Services firm in New York, NY, is looking to add a Corporate Actions Associate to their Operations Team! Responsibilities of this position include processing income-related corporate action events (dividends, interest, reinvestments, etc.), processing proxy statements, and gathering dividend & interest-related data from DTCC. The ideal candidate will come with at least five years' experience in income-related corporate actions processing, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Excel, FIS (formerly SunGard) Global One, and Broadridge BPS is preferred.

Responsibilities Include:

• Process all voluntary corporate action events including dividends, interest, and spinoffs.


• Support the processing of proxy statements


• Gather dividend & interest-related data from DTCC

Requirements:

• At least five years' experience in processing income-related corporate actions for a bank or broker dealer


• Strong analytical, communication, and follow-up skills


• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, DTC, and Broadridge BPS is preferred
